This policy explains what happens to your data when you order water on stillwater.uz or in the @stillwateruzbot Telegram bot. By using the website or the bot you confirm that you have read it.
1. Who we are
Your data is handled by «STILL WATER» MCHJ (Still Water). We deliver drinking water in 18.9 L jugs across Tashkent. Orders are received and processed by the SuvEltuvchi platform (see section 4).

Personal data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" (No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019).
2. What data we collect
The order form on the website
When you send an order, we receive:
- your phone number;
- your name (optional);
- the number of jugs;
- the point you pinned on the map (coordinates);
- address details: house, apartment, landmark (optional);
- a note (optional).
If you press "My location", your browser gives us your position, with your permission, so we can place the pin on the map. Once a point is chosen, its coordinates are sent to check whether we deliver to that address.
The Telegram bot (@stillwateruzbot)
The bot runs on the SuvEltuvchi platform. When you use it, the following is stored:
- your Telegram user ID and chat;
- the first name from your Telegram profile (when you start filling a cart);
- the language you chose;
- your phone number: you send it yourself with the "Send phone number" button;
- the delivery point: the location you send (coordinates) and the district worked out from it;
- the items in your cart and the note you add to an order;
- your order history and the delivery points from earlier orders (so you can reorder).
The ad link
A link in an Instagram or Facebook ad leads to the stillwater.uz/bot page. It records the visit, adds the ad campaign label (UTM) to the bot start link and opens Telegram.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel run on the website and on the stillwater.uz/bot page. They count page views, clicks on the phone, Telegram and Instagram links, and a successfully sent order. We do not send your name, phone number or address to these tools.
Google and Meta may still set their own cookies and identifiers and receive your IP address and device and browser details under their own rules. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. The website itself does not store your language or any other setting in your browser. Analytics does not run on this policy page.
3. Why we use it
- to take your order and deliver it;
- to contact you and confirm the order;
- to check whether we deliver to your address;
- to give you a cart, order history and reordering in the bot;
- to measure advertising and website use;
- to protect the website and the bot from spam and abuse.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It goes only to those the service cannot work without:
- the SuvEltuvchi platform: the website sends orders through its API (api.suveltuvchi.uz) and the Telegram bot runs on it too. It processes and stores the order;
- couriers: to deliver, they need the phone number, location and note from the order and, if you gave it, your name;
- Telegram: your conversation with the bot passes through Telegram;
- Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel): the analytics data described above;
- OpenStreetMap: to load the map, your browser contacts its servers, which can see your IP address and the area you are viewing;
- Cloudflare: the website is hosted there and requests pass through it;
- public authorities: where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as we need it to fulfil orders and meet legal obligations. After that it is deleted or made anonymous.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and you can withdraw a consent you gave earlier. To do that, call or write to us (contact details are in section 1). We will reply as soon as we can. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to take your order.
7. Children
The service is not meant for people under 16 to order on their own. If you know that a child has sent us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The new version is published on this page and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
